At Whirl & Wash Laundry, we are committed to delivering high-quality laundry and cleaning services with professionalism and care. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
We offer a free rewash or service correction under the following conditions:
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
The garment/item has not been used or worn after delivery
The complaint relates to:
Stains not properly removed
Improper ironing/finishing
Packaging issues
To request a rewash, please contact our support team with your order ID and relevant details/photos.
If approved, we will arrange a free pickup and reprocessing.
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup without any charges
Cancellation requests after pickup or after processing has started may not be accepted
In case of repeated cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee may apply
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
The order is cancelled before pickup or before processing begins
The garment/item is lost during service
The garment/item is irreparably damaged due to our negligence (subject to inspection)
All refunds are subject to verification and approval
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Minor shrinkage, color fading, or texture change due to fabric nature
Stains that cannot be removed despite best efforts
Delay caused by external factors (force majeure)
Claims reported after the 24-hour complaint window
Unclaimed items beyond the allowed holding period
In rare cases of loss or damage attributable to us:
Compensation shall be limited to:
5 times the service charge OR ₹3000 (whichever is lower)
Compensation may be provided as:
Refund, OR
Store credit (at our discretion)
